June 14Our center was opened in 2005 under the name of Private Physikon Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Center. Patient admission and physical therapy practices were started in a business center. Due to the increasing demand and insufficient space for developing technological applications, it moved to its new building with a closed area of approximately 5,000 square meters on the New Istanbul Road on December 5, 2016, and was named Physikon Medical Center.Physikon Medical Center has become A type Medical Center in its new building. Our new building is independent and has the capacity to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services in larger and more spacious spaces.Our center on the New Istanbul Road can be easily reached by all kinds of public vehicles such as tram (MTA stop), bus, minibus. There is no parking problem.
Squad
In our center, physical therapy and rehabilitation services are provided by 5 Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation (FTR) specialists, two of whom are professors, physiotherapists, physical therapy technicians, speech therapist and clinical psychologist. Professor of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation. Dr. Mahir Uğur is also an algology (pain) specialist.
In addition, our neurology specialist has started to accept patients in the field of brain and nerve diseases.
About 60 people work in our organization, including healthcare professionals, patient admissions and other staff.

Our center is equipped with the latest technological developments in its new building. It has taken rehabilitation services to the next level with an upper extremity robot for patients with arm and hand use problems, and a walking robot for patients with walking problems. Robotic walking training is given using separate apparatus for children and adults.
Physical therapy and rehabilitation (FTR) applications
FTR applications are performed by physiotherapists, physical therapy technicians and speech therapists under the supervision of specialist physicians.

Speech and Swallowing Therapy Unit
The problems of patients with speech and language disorders, stuttering and swallowing disorders are treated by the Speech and Language Therapist.

In accordance with the certificate program of the Ministry of Health, a treatment unit including acupuncture, ozone, cupping and cupping therapy has been established in our center, and diseases are treated without using drugs.
